They say we teach what we need to learn. Having experienced physical burnout, anxiety and depression while
climbing the corporate ladder, Georgina understands that exhaustion is not a badge of honour and is committed to helping people reclaim their innate sense of vitality.

Georgina creates space for people to slow down, and rediscover physical, mental and emotional ease. Drawing on aspects of Yin, Restorative Yoga, mindfulness meditation and myofascial release, Georgina’s Deep Stretch
classes are the antidote to modern life.

In addition to yoga, Georgina teaches Pilates, and is a successful Women’s Wellness & Life Coach with a
penchant for leopard print, spreadsheets and early mornings.
