Student Spotlight – Sandra
Student Spotlight for March belongs to our lovely Sandra. Here she has shared with us her yoga stories:
I have practised yoga on and off over the last 10 years, but when I moved to Stafford in 2015, I struggled to find a studio where I felt comfortable. That is until I discovered TriBalance in August 2016.
What a relief it was to find the welcoming, encouraging and non-competitive atmosphere at TriBalance, where the teachers are compassionate, patient and knowledgeable – little shining lights guiding me through each practice, reminding me to set my intention and treat myself with kindness. Cathy with her wonderful Clinical Pilates, Yoga and Align and Flow classes; Erue’s restorative Sunday afternoon class that calms and prepares me for the week ahead; Lina with her nurturing way and beautiful singing bowls; Anne’s great Pilates classes; just to name a few. Thank you all. I hope you know the difference you make in so many people’s lives.
I will continue my Yoga and Pilates practice with heartfelt intention. It has helped me to regain confidence in my strength, stability and balance and has reminded me of how capable I really am. The more I connect with my breath and focus on the present moment, the clearer I think and the calmer I feel.104w
