Student Spotlight – Josh

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT for February definitely belongs to Josh the February challenge winner. He attended all ranges of classes at TriBalance during the month, yoga basics to develop body awareness and vinyasa flow to energise the body; pilates to tone the muscles and restorative yoga afterwards to rejuvenate and restore, and yin yoga once a week to release the facia. The way he understands the process of mind & body improvement is with the mantra:” Glute pain is good pain.” Through good pain we develop stamina and grow stronger.
