Student Spotlight – Camilla
Student spotlight for January goes to the amazing Camille. Here she shared with us her yoga story:
I remember the first yoga class I did at TriBalance, I was feeling very out of sorts that day and by the time I finished the class my spirits had lifted and I felt lighter.
I began attending the beginners course classes last year and have enjoyed it immensely, and felt very welcomed and encouraged by my teachers. Doing yoga has helped me to manage stress and anxiety, I know that no matter how tired or crappy I am feeling on any particular day, if I just show up on my mat I ALWAYS feel better! 😊
