First Radical Rest workshop of the year 13 March - 1:30-3:30pm

; bolster, blanket or towel, scarf or similar, scatter cushion, yoga blocks, eye mask and/eye pillow and a light jumper /socks in case you get cold as you plunge into deep rest 🙏🏼
