TriBalanceTV and Live stream Classes

Our live stream classes are interactive just like in the studio experience. Your teacher is there to provide feedback, pose correction and facilitate your learning in an interactive way. This new innovative way of connecting is such a valuable opportunity for us all to maintain a sense of normality and consistency in our routines during these uncertain times.

Live stream offerings are currently available for our regular class schedule. To join live stream classes you can purchase a class pass or sign up to one of our membershiip options below. Bookings are essential using the TriBalance app or the class schedule page. You will receive an email zoom link 30mins before the scheduled time for your class. You may enter the virtual studio up to 15 mins before the class and chat to your fellow students and teacher before the class begins.

Join our private facebook group TriBalance Online to connect with your teachers and studio friends, share your experiences and stay up to date with what’s on.

Our virtual platform TriBalanceTV has over 100 classes on-demand, comprising both pre-recorded classes and live stream recordings with your favourite TriBalance teachers and we are continually adding new classes every week. You can search for classes by teacher, style, level and class length. We have classes ranging from 20 mins to 60 mins to suit your changing schedule.
