February Challenge Winner 2020 – Michael
Tribalance February Challenge 2020 winner is Michael.
He made it to 25 plus classes (we lost count) in February, here he shared with us his experience :
Having been apart of the TriBalance crew for just over a year I couldn’t say no (or be allowed to say no) to signing up to the February Challenge.
I gained so many benefits from the last challenge both mentally and physically. So this time around I decided to extend the challenge to six weeks focusing on diet, exercise and yoga to see what positive changes I could make.
I have one week to go and have been able to achieve a number of goals of weight loss, strength and cardio endurance. One positive I am taking from this challenge is to mix up yoga flows as I enjoyed taking extra classes that were more focussed on alignment and ensuring correct posture. It forced me to slow down and take in the benefits of yoga practice.
