ALIGN & FLOW ASANA IMMERSIONs

These month long immersions are designed for yogis wanting to go deeper into a certain aspect of their practice and hone in on the alignment, mechanics and energetic qualities of peak spotlight poses. It’s open to all levels from beginner to experienced with modifications and preparatory poses provided. Learn what individual muscles and movement patterns need to be strengthened and the pathway to get there, including preparatory poses.

This workshop is for you to pause your busyness and surrender to the experiences of resting the body and mind on a deep level. The process induces feelings of calm and inner peace. Erue Bucher is a certified yoga teacher who has been inspired by the practices of yoga nidra, restorative yoga and savasana. These practices have resonated the essence of yoga, cultivating a deep retreat within the self and a surrender to ‘what is.’
6 WEEK PREGNANCY YOGA COURSE

Yoga is one of the most nourishing ways to care for yourself and for your un-born baby during pregnancy and because of this many women first start practising yoga when they are pregnant.
Our 6 week pregnancy yoga course is suitable both for beginners and seasoned practitioners, we just ask that you wait until you’re in your 2nd trimester to start your first course. You can continue right up to 38 weeks as long as you have clearance from your midwife or obstetrician. The course has been developed with careful consideration of the more specific needs of women during this special and sacred time.
