Tes Byrnes is a qualified Mat Pilates teacher completing her training 2018.
Tes is also a qualified Yoga teacher completing her 200 YTT in 2017, along with
Meditation and Yoga Nidra
In 2005 Tes completed her cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training and Group Fitness and
had been training clients until 2013 when Tes fractured her lower Lumbar 4/5 and in
her rehabilitation, she discovered Yoga and has not looked back.
Tes has been in the fitness industry for more than 30 years, she walked into her first
aerobics class when she was 18 and fell completely in love with the group exercise,
before she knew it she was running body sculpt classes for her local gym bringing
confidence to women of all ages.
