Practising yoga regularly has brought a much-needed balance in my life. It has affected both my physical and emotional being. Physically, I have gained a better muscular flexibility than I have from any other form of exercise.

Since the start of my journey, I have tried to use the 8 limbs of yoga as a reference point, whenever life becomes stormy.  Besides physical strength, yoga has and is improving my mental focus every day.
