Melinda started doing yoga at university to improve her gestures and keep a balanced life outside economic researches, at that moment yoga meant nothing but fancy postures for her. But as the pressure and stress in life started hitting her, she has slowly discovered the magical healing power of yoga and meditation. In order to deepen the understanding and practice in yoga she decided to become a yoga teacher and since then she has loved sharing her yoga knowledge with people! Melinda has a grounded flowing vinyasa teaching style with emphasis on Pranayama and mindfulness. She wants her yoga students to know that the focus of doing yoga is not on getting postures ‘right’, but on discovering what feels good for you and love your body.
